Are you confident to sit in front of an auditor? We often have clients who are new or inexperienced when it comes to getting ready for audits, managing the inspection on the day, and good practices in the audit room. Either they:

1️⃣ don't recognise the urgency of getting audit-readiness jobs done, or

2️⃣ get so overwhelmed things start bad and end worse! So it's important to have a framework from when you receive a notification letter, so closing out audit actions.

Not just a process, and that is important! But knowledge and experience on knowing what to prioritise and when to delay others until 'after'.
