Putting the patient first in terms of company decisions and actions - products, services, outputs, activities etc.

A quality culture is one where trust and open communication allow a safe environment for all levels of the company to speak up, make suggestions, and start to work towards the values communicated by company leaders.

And with that, come engaged employees and high functioning teams. Staff don't just show up for a pay packet, they consistently show up because they believe in what they are doing.
