ISO has very recently released the International Standard for Plain Language Writing, and it's a great way to make sure your team's documents are user friendly!

๐ค The standard looks at the following key questions:: Can readers: - easily ๐๐๐ฉ what they need? - easily ๐๐๐ฃ๐ what they need? - easily ๐ช๐ฃ๐๐๐ง๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐ what they find? - easily ๐ช๐จ๐ the information?
If you answer yes to all 4 questions, great job for creating an ISO-compliant plain language document!
๐ If you answer no to 1 or more, or haven't thought about it before, not to worry!
