We all get tired sometimes.
Of the nonsense, issues, argument, workload etc. But influencing for a quality culture does take consistent, positive reinforcement. There will always be ups and downs, thats normal and to be expected.

👉Communicating the vision for a quality culture
It won't happen automatically, and probably won't happen quickly. So set your compass heading because it is a journey. But very rewarding :)
