A process map is a visual depiction of the process.

🎯 Often with assigned roles.

🎯 And may include inputs and outputs - think materials, products, documents etc.

Its a great conversation piece between users and SMEs because suddenly, everyone is on the same page when they are talking about the same process.

You would be surprised how often this is actually NOT the case! Seeing the entire process map makes you think, 💭 "but what about 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 that comes after 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵?"
