I think the better question is, can it be used safely and compliantly within your business systems.
I'm not talking about using AI to generate marketing, web or social content. But can it be used to generate QMS document content? And if it can, then what are the rules?
The first thing to call out is that the new ISO 42001 on AI Management Systems is out and a must read for any company looking to implement AI within their business.
Because, like IT, there is a whole management system around implementing AI.
There has to be, otherwise you have no control.

Top Management looking at reducing time and money spent by a human doing 'stuff', must understand that you can't just add Chat GPT to your systems.... you need to have a management system around AI.
